Refund policy

All of our orders are dispatched the same working day when ordered before 2 pm. We ship with DPD, which means your goodies will arrive as fast as possible & and safely as possible. Once your order is dispatched, we will automatically email you a tracking link where you can get live updates on your order. All orders arrive withing 2-3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.

Due to the fact that our products here at Brady's are predominantly food products, we cannot accept returns. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please get in touch here and we will do our best to assist.

We will not leave our customers stranded and will help in any way possible.
